These spheres of meaty joy are super easy to make.
Ingredients
1 tbsp
Vegetable oil
2 medium
Yellow onion
(diced)
908 gm
Beef, ground, lean
3 tsp
Rosemary, dried
1 tbsp
Sage, ground
2 tsp
Coriander, ground
1 tbsp
Salt
2 tsp
Black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F (204C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Cook the onions in the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened. Turn off the heat, remove the pan from the heat, and allow the onions to cool.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked onions, rosemary, sage, coriander, salt, and black pepper together until thoroughly combined.
Form 2 inch balls from the mixture with your hands. Arrange the balls on the baking sheet spaced evenly apart.
Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked.

Quick Tips
Serve plain or with your favorite sauce. Great in spaghetti with zucchini noodles!
You can freeze the meatballs to be eaten at a later date.
