|1 tsp||Coconut oil (or ghee)|
|1/4 cup||Popcorn, unpopped kernels (organic)|
|1 tbsp||Butter, unsalted (melted)|
|1 tbsp||Nutritional yeast|
|1/8 tsp||Sea salt (optional)|
1. Heat coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels and shake the pan to coat the kernels with the oil.
2. Shake the pan occasionally until the kernels start to pop. Once they start popping, shake the pan continuously for approximately 2 more minutes, or until you no longer hear popping.
3. Pour into a bowl and drizzle butter slowly over the top, tossing to cover.
4. Add nutritional yeast and toss again to distribute. Season with salt if desired.
Be careful not to have the heat up too high or the kernels will burn!
