2 breast(s) Rotisserie chicken breast, skinless (pre-cooked and store-bought rotisserie or grilled chicken strips)
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, no sodium added
1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese (optional)
2 cup Lettuce, romaine (or greens of choice)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 medium Red onion (thinly sliced)
4 medium pita Pita bread, whole-wheat
8 tbsp Tzatziki sauce (store-bought)
4 tbsp Feta cheese (optional)

Instructions


  1. If using a rotisserie chicken, remove the skin, debone, and shred the flesh. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken (or grilled chicken strips) with the Italian seasoning.
  3. Lay the pitas on a clean surface. Add lettuce, chicken, red pepper strips, and onions.
  4. Top with tzatziki sauce and feta (if desired). 
  5. Fold the pita over like a sandwich, or roll it into a “tunnel shape”.
