6 large egg Egg, hard boiled (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
2 tsp Dijon mustard (or any kind)
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup diced Celery (optional)
2 tbsp Green onion, scallion, ramp (optional - minced - can use red onion)
2 tsp Lemon juice (optional)
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh (optional)
1 tbsp Dill, fresh (optional)

Instructions


Boil eggs, approx. 12 minutes.

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients, and any optional ingredients, until well blended.
