567 gm Beef, ground (Grass Fed)
1/2 cup grated Zucchini (optional)
1/2 tsp Salt (Pink himalayan)
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 can(s) - 24 ounces Tomato-Basil pasta sauce (Roasted Garlic/Tomato Basil)
1 cup Water

Instructions



  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Do not Drain
  3. Add tomato sauce, pasta and water and stir together.
  4. Cook on medium heat until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
