Ingredients


3 cup Heirloom tomatoes (chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (or yellow; cut into large chunks)
1 cup Cilantro (coriander) (de-stemmed)
1/2 onion(s) Sweet onion (chopped in to large chunks)
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (peeled and chopped in to large chunks)
1/2 medium Zucchini (chopped in to large chunks)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (fresh; with seeds, or to taste)
1/4 tsp Salt (sea)
dash Black pepper (Fresh ground; to taste)

Instructions


  1. Place all veggies, except the jalapeno, in a powerful blender, such as a Vitamix, and blend until liquified.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend.
  3. Add 2 slices jalapeno, then blend and taste. If additional spiciness is desired, add 2 + more slices jalapeno and blend well.
  4. Serve over ice, or chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
