Ingredients
3 tbsp
Almond flour
(finely ground)
3 scoop(s)
Protein powder, Sun Warrior, chocolate
3 tbsp
Truvia, calorie-free sweetener
2 tbsp
Butter, vegan
(or coconut oil (softened))
3 tbsp
Almond butter
1 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
4 tsp
Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 tbsp
Water

dark chocolate chips sugar free
(optional)
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
(optional if you dont have chocolate protein powder)
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth mass.
Scoop out equal parts of the mass and form small balls with your hands. If the mass is too soft to easily form balls (this could be the case if the butter you used was very soft or you live in a very warm place), place the mass in your freezer for approx. 10 minutes and it'll be much easier to roll the balls.
Chill the balls in your fridge for approx. 30 minutes before enjoying them with a cup of coffee or tea. Cover with plastic wrap and store in your fridge for up to 3-4 days.
