Taco seasoning mix, McCormick

Tortilla, corn
(Or any grain-free, gluten-free tortillas)

Baby spinach
(or kale, romaine, etc.)

Instructions
- In a non-stick pan, heat oil, add ground meat cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Add drained black beans to turkey and cook until beans are warm.
- While turkey and black beans are cooking, chop/prepare lettuce, avocado, lime and onion.
- Place corn tortillas into oven (high broil) or in a skillet on medium heat to warm. You may also use large lettuce leaves as taco shells instead!
- Serve tortillas with meat/bean mixture, spinach, avocado, onion, your favorite salsa, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
