These tasty pancakes are super fast and easy to make; you will want to double or triple this recipe and store it in the fridge or freezer for later!

Instructions
- Place all oats, baking powder, bananas, and egg into a blender; blend until smooth. Allow the batter to stand 10-20 minutes until thickened.
- Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with oil and heat over medium heat.
- Drop batter by 1/3 cup amounts onto skillet.
- Cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on the underside.
