2 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup hulled Sunflower seeds (toasted)
3 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 cup Parsley, fresh
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil


1. Pulse garlic and sunflower seeds in a food processor a few times.

2. Add hemp seeds, salt and parsley.

3. Begin to mince parsley, slowly adding olive oil in a steady stream through the feed tube until you have a chunky pesto paste.
