Easy Peasy Vitality Detox Soup

Ingredients


1 3/4 l Vegetable stock/broth, low sodium (or make your own)
1 1/2 cup Carrots (3 carrots)
1 cup Onion (2 small onions)
4 cup Broccoli (chopped)
3 cup Green cabbage (roughly chopped)
2 cup Crushed tomatoes canned (or fresh chopped tomatoes)
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
4 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (ground)

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and place on high for 5 hours or until vegetables are cooked. Alternatively, you could also cook on the stove top.
  2. Once done, serve up a bowl or two and enjoy the cleansing benefits!


Notes:

This recipe makes a large slow cooker full. Reduce to half portions if necessary.
