To make into a freezer meal:
Add everything to a gallon sized freezer bag. Squeeze out excess air. Freeze for up to a month. Thaw in fridge before cooking in slow cooker. Follow next instructions to cook.
Add everything to the slow cooker (4 quart or larger).
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Serve over rice.
