This super easy Easy Soft Cinnamon Rolls Chaffle Cake Recipe that is going to change the way you make cinnamon rolls forever!
Ingredients
1 large
Egg
1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tbsp
Swerve Sweetener, confectioners
Instructions
Preheat dash mini waffle maker.
In a small bowl, whip the egg.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
Makes 2 chaffles.
Divide mixture.
Cook half the mixture for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
Optional Glaze: 1 tbsp cream cheese warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds, and 1 tbsp Swerve confectioners blend. Mix and spread over the warm chaffle.
Optional Frosting: 1 tbsp cream cheese (room temp), 1 tbsp room temp butter (room temp), and 1 tbsp Swerve confectioners blend. Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of the chaffle.
