1/4 cup | White mushrooms (chopped) |
1/2 cup | Baby spinach (leaves) |
1/4 cup sliced | Tomato (diced) |
1 tsp | Onion powder |
1 tsp | Garlic powder |
1 tsp | Sea Salt |
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
2. Break an egg in each cup of the tin. If you like you can stir each egg to make it scrambled.
3. Add a few of the veggies to each cup and lightly season with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
