|1/4 cup||White mushrooms (chopped)|
|1/2 cup||Baby spinach (leaves)|
|1/4 cup sliced||Tomato (diced)|
|1 tsp||Onion powder|
|1 tsp||Garlic powder|

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
2. Break an egg in each cup of the tin. If you like you can stir each egg to make it scrambled.
3. Add a few of the veggies to each cup and lightly season with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
