12 large egg Egg
1/4 cup White mushrooms (chopped)
1/2 cup Baby spinach (leaves)
1/4 cup sliced Tomato (diced)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Sea Salt


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin tin with olive oil.

2. Break an egg in each cup of the tin. If you like you can stir each egg to make it scrambled.

3. Add a few of the veggies to each cup and lightly season with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
