1. In a saucepan, bring chicken stock, water, and sea salt to a boil.
2. Turn heat down to medium, and whisk while pouring in beaten eggs in a slow steady stream. This will create strands of cooked egg ‘noodles’.
3. Allow to cool a so it is not scalding and then serve.
