171 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 avocado(s) Avocado (medium (mashed))
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 large stalk(s) Celery (chopped)
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup Cranberries (unsweetened dried (optional))
1/4 cup White onion (chopped (optional))
1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped (optional))
2 serving(s) Vegan Bread (original) (2 slices to make a sandwich)

Instructions


  • Shred rotisserie chicken or open canned chicken and break it up
  • Add egg free mayonnaise or mashed avocado
  • Then add all your other ingredients and mix well
  • use some in a sandwich or in top of a salad
  • store the rest in an air tight container
