Egg Noodles, Shrimp & Green Beans

Ingredients


1 tsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Egg noodles, unenriched, dry
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 cup Green/yellow string beans, raw (washed, trimmed)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
10 medium Shrimp, raw

Instructions


In a saucepan, boil water and cook egg noodles according to package instructions.

Toss the green beans into the pot during the last 3 minutes of cooking.

In a frying pan, sauté shrimp in garlic and butter until cooked.

Drain noodles and beans and mix with shrimp and garlic.

Add in olive oil and parmesan cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
