1 clove(s) Garlic
2 1/5 second spray Cooking Spray, coconut oil
454 gm Pork, ground, lean
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 medium Yellow onion
2 medium Carrots (thinly sliced)
1 medium head Green cabbage (shredded)
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha (optional)
1 tbsp Sesame seeds (tbsp)
1 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (green; thinly sliced)
2 tsp Rice wine vinegar

Instructions


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.  
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant (approx. 1-2 mins).  
  3. Add pork and cook until it is no longer pink.  
  4. Push to the side and add sesame oil, then add rice wine vinegar, onion, shredded carrots, and cabbage.  
  5. Stir to combine with meat and add soy sauce and sriracha.  
  6. Cook until cabbage is tender (approx. 5-8 mins).  
  7. Transfer mixture to a serving dish, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.  
  8. Serve & Enjoy!
