1 1/3 kg Scallop, raw
7 cup Coleslaw mix
7 cup Sugar snap peas (chopped)
1/2 cup Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
1 tbsp minced Ginger root (fresh or squeeze ginger)
1 tbsp Sesame oil
7 large Egg

Instructions


  1. Sauté scallops in oil until done.
  2. Add vegetables and continue medium heat.
  3. Once tender add coconut aminos and ginger. Cook another 3-4 minutes then add scrambled eggs. Serve.
