114 gm Tofu, silken, soft
1 cup Holiday Nog, Coconut
1 medium Banana (s)
1 tbsp Almonds, raw (or almond butter)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 dash Ground cloves
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
