Cinnamon

Nutmeg, ground

Chia seeds
1 tbsp hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
1 pinch
Sea salt, fine
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
