2 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted
1 medium White onion (chopped)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup pieces White mushrooms
1 cup chopped Zucchini
4 medium egg Egg


In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and cook until tender, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper. Add the veggies, then the meat and stir until combined. Cook until warmed through, about 4 minutes.

Make four nests in mixture and crack an egg into each.

Cover and cook until egg white are set and yolk runny, 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
