Ingredients


2 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (drained)
1 medium fruit (6cm dia) Tangerine (mandarin), raw (peeled)
1/4 cup Leek (sliced)
1 tsp Black pepper (to taste )
1 clove(s) Garlic (peeled)
1 tsp Cumin (dash)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt (pinch )
1 pepper(s) Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli)
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Flaxseed oil
1 tsp Tahini (optional )

Instructions


Blend till creamy, serve with oat cakes or apple slices. Garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of flax oil
