1 beet(s) Beets, raw (peeled, roughly chopped)
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tsp Chia seeds, ground
1 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)
1/4 cup diced Pineapple (or frozen)

Instructions


Place all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl together in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings, such as raspberries, pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs, bee pollen and/or chia seeds.

Serve cold and enjoy!
