Chia Morning Magic

2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp Goji berries
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or nut-free milk substitute of choice)
1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh, frozen or thawed)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)
1/2 small Apple (sliced, skin on if organic)


The night before (or 20 minutes before, depending on the time you have available), place the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and goji berries in a bowl or mason jar and pour the almond milk over the top.

Stir until evenly mixed and leave the rest in the fridge overnight, or on your counter for 20 minutes.

Stir, then add the fruit and cinnamon to taste.

You can also add a 1/2 tsp of maple syrup if you prefer.
