|2 tbsp||Dark chocolate (2 squares. Must be 85% and above)|
|1/2 tsp||Peanut butter, natural (must be natural, organic and sugar free)|
|2 tsp||Walnuts (1 walnut halve per square)|
1. Break chocolate into squares.
2. Arrange 2-3 on a plate
3. Drop 1/2 tsp nut butter per square
4. Top with a walnut halve per square
This combinateion is filled with nutrients such as iron and magnesium
You can use any combination of nuts with this dark chocolate mix! Almonds go really well too!
