Ingredients


1 bunch Curly kale (stemmed, finely chopped)
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Red onion (minced)
1/4 cup Cucumber (finely chopped)

Instructions


Put chopped kale into a large bowl, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Massage gently with hands for 5-10 minutes, until the tough fibers of the kale break down.

Toss with the red onion and cucumber.
