| 2 cup | Medjool date (pitted) |

| 1 cup | Walnuts |

Pumpin seeds, chia seeds hemp seeds, and flax seeds combined should equal 1/2 cup. Add nuts, coconut, and seeds to a food processor and pulse until broken down. Pour mixture into a separate bowl and set aside. Add dates and water to your food processor, and blend until smooth. Combine date mixture with nuts and seeds, and stir well. Spread onto a pan lined with wax paper and put in the fridge or freezer to set; then cut and enjoy!
