1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 cup Baby spinach (packed)
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Frozen strawberry
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla (or any plant based protein powder)

Instructions


1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
