This Spring Charcuterie Board is filled with various cheeses, fruits, and nuts! Arrange on an epic board or your favorite tray with vibrant pastel colors.

Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
3 medium fruit (6cm dia)
Tangerine (mandarin), raw
(sliced)
1 whole melon
Watermelon
(cut into chunks)
2 cup
Strawberries
(halved)
5 medium
Apple
(sliced)

Laughing Cow light creamy Swiss

Goat cheese, hard

Cracker, multigrain
2 cup
Blueberries
1 cup
Cashew nuts, roasted
1 cup
Almonds, raw
1 tbsp
Basil, fresh
(or mint, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare a large board with parchment paper (unless food safe).
In the center of the board, place the Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese.
Arrange the 3 sliced tangerines for garnish.
Next, arrange the watermelon, strawberries, and apples on the board.
Place brie, laughing cow, and goat cheese on the board.
On the outside of the board, fan out the multi-grain crackers.
Fill in the open spaces with blueberries, whole cashews, and almonds.
