43 gm | Sweetener, syrup, agave |

1. Place yeast into large metal bowl, add warm water, and stir.
2. Allow to sit for 5–10 minutes. Add agave and stir.
3. Add flour, salt, and garlic powder. Mix with large wooden spoon and then kneed by hand until well combined. Form dough into a ball and cover with a damp towel. Allow dough to sit and rise for 1 hour. Cut dough in half and break off 7 small chunks of dough from each half. Roll dough chunks into tubelike shapes, about 8 inches long, with your hands.
4. Place dough sticks on parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with a little water, and then sprinkle Everything But the Bagel mixture on top so they are eventually coated.
5. Put dough sticks into dark oven, and allow them to sit and rise another 30–60 minutes.
6. Bake breadsticks at 375° for 30 minutes.
