5 slice Cucumber
100 ml Cauliflower
3 tbsp Kimchi
1/2 cup Brown rice, medium-grain, cooked
1/2 cup Black beans, canned
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (to drizzle on top)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (to drizzle on top)
