| 1 cup slices | Red bell pepper (sliced) |
| 1 medium pepper(s) | Yellow bell pepper (sliced) |

1. Toss peppers with olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, oregano and cilantro.
2. Allow to marinate for 1 hour before serving.
3. Mix pistachios with chili and onion powders. Serve on top of fajitas.
For more protein - you can add a couple of sliced pieces of grilled chicken to each wrap.
