|1 cup slices||Red bell pepper (sliced)|
|1 medium pepper(s)||Yellow bell pepper (sliced)|

1. Toss peppers with olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, oregano and cilantro.
2. Allow to marinate for 1 hour before serving.
3. Mix pistachios with chili and onion powders. Serve on top of fajitas.
