2 medium Apple (Granny smith, sliced)
2 medium Apple, red delicious (sliced)
454 gm Red grape
454 gm Green Grape
6 medium Fig, raw (sliced in half)

Instructions

  1. On a 20-inch round platter, place 3 bowls or ramekins to hold the pecans, pumpkin seeds, and M&M candies. Avoid placing them close together and space them out so that they are easily accessible from along the table.
  2. Add the gouda, cheddar, goat, pepper jack, and brie cheeses, and place the crackers nearby.
  3. Next, add the meats and arrange the baguette slices nearby.
  4. Place the green and red apple slices, grapes, and figs, on the platter, trying not to group all the fruits together. If assembling ahead of time, brush apples lightly with lemon juice to avoid browning.
  5. Fill in gaps with more nuts, seeds, M&M candies, or decorations and garnishes of your choice.
