Ingredients


1 cup chopped Red Apple
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tbsp Honey, raw
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk

Instructions


1. Soak chis seeds in almond milk, stirring occasionally, for approximately 5-10 minutes
2. In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients
3. divide chia pudding into 4 cups
4. top with fruit and berry mixture
5. serve
