|4 large piece (10 cm x 5 cm x 1.3 cm)||Fish sticks (cooked according to package)|
|1 tsp||Butter, unsalted|
|2 slice||Whole grain bread|
|1 tbsp||Tomato ketchup|
|1/4 cup||Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)|
Remove about 4 fish fingers from the freezer and grill them on each side until crispy and golden. While that's happening, butter 2 bits of nice soft white bread or a white roll, smearing one half generously with tomato ketchup.
When the fish fingers are done, remove them from the grill and place them on the bread smeared with ketchup. Add lettuce and put the other bit of bread on top and, using a little force, push down.
