Ingredients


3 medium Banana (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1/4 cup Banana Liqueur
1/2 cup packed Brown sugar
1/4 cup Butter, salted
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Rum (40% alcohol by volume) (amber rum)
1/4 cup Whipping cream, 35% M.F., sweetened, whipped

Instructions


Melt butter in a large frying pan on medium. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. heat and stir until brown sugar is melted.

Stir in whipping cream.

Add bananas. Stir until bananas are coated. Remove from heat.

Heat liqueur and rum in a small saucepan on medium heat until quite warm. Carefully pour banana mixture into frying pan. heat on medium, shake pan back and forth 2 or 3 times.

Ignite surface with a match. Shake pan back and forth until flame extinguishes.

Spoon sauce over banana until coated.

Enjoy!
