Mix all ingredients in a bowl, Leave the water for last step.
Once all ingredients are combined, add water and let it form into a ball. then get a sheet and form bars or cookies, you can also use molds or cupcake tins to form perfect circles, just make sure to grease it.
Try to make at least 12 pieces, place in freezer to get hard, and store in freezer afterward. eat while cold.
