Dry roast the flax seeds and sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until they become aromatic. Remove from heat and let them cool.
In the same pan, dry roast the dried red chilies until they become crisp. Remove and set aside
In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted flax seeds, sesame seeds, dried red chilies, garlic clove, curry leaves, and salt. Grind into a coarse powder.
