3 cup Basil, fresh (leaves only, pack the cup tight)
1/4 cup Pine nuts, dried (or raw almonds or walnuts)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
4 tbsp Nutritional yeast (optional)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (fresh, or more to taste)
1 pinch Sea Salt (or to taste)
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (alternatives to oil suggestions in instructions)

Instructions


Remove basil leaves from the stems.

Mince garlic

Place all ingredients in the food processor or blender & mix to desired texture

Oil Free Alternatives:    Use water instead of olive oil  or Use 1/4 - 1/2 of fresh avocado instead of olive oil
