2 medium potato Sweet potato (peeled, diced)
1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup sliced Yellow onion
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)
