Ingredients


454 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (cubed)
2 medium potato(es) Sweet potato (peeled, diced)
1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup sliced Yellow onion
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions


Freeze ingredients in a bag. When ready to eat, thaw in the fridge overnight.

Place ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
