Ingredients


454 gm Beef, chuck, shoulder
454 gm Cremini (Italian) mushroom (sliced)
1 medium Yellow onion (diced)
1/2 cup Apple juice
1 tbsp Beef bouillon, dry, Knorr
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 cup Water (for slow cooker)
1 cup Sour cream, light (for slow cooker)

Instructions


Freeze ingredients in a bag. When ready to eat, thaw in the fridge overnight.

Add 1 cup of water to ingredients and place in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours.

Serve with rice or egg noodles and enjoy!
