2 tbsp unpacked Brown sugar
908 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (or thighs)
2 tsp Cilantro (coriander)
1 1/2 cup thawed Frozen peaches, sweetened
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 medium Red onion (sliced)
2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions


Freeze ingredients in a bag. When ready to eat, thaw in the fridge overnight.

Place thawed ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
