24 meatball(s) Meatballs, frozen (lean)
1 can(28oz) Crushed tomatoes canned
1 can (14 oz) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, no sodium added
2 cup Frozen vegetable mix (spaghetti blend)
190 gm Spaghetti, whole-wheat, dry (about 1/2 a package)

Instructions


  1. Divide the frozen meatballs, crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning between two large Freezer bags. Seal the bags and lightly shake and knead the contents until well combined. Store the meatball mixture in the freezer until ready to use.
  2. When ready to prepare, place the bag containing the meatball mixture in the fridge and allow it to thaw and marinate overnight.
  3. The following day, dump the meatball mixture in the slow cooker, followed by the frozen vegetable mixture. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. In the last 20 minutes, prepare pasta, as per package instructions.
  5. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the spaghetti noodles.
