Ingredients


3 tbsp All-purpose white flour
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted (for slow cooker)
6 cup Chicken broth (stock) (for slow cooker)
454 gm Frozen yellow corn kernels
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 cup Heavy cream, 38% M.F. (for slow cooker)
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Oregano, dried
681 gm Red potato (diced)
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried

Instructions


In a slow cooker, pour in chicken stock and mix. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Stir in butter and heavy cream.

Serve with warm bread and enjoy!
