Ingredients


1 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (extra virgin)
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
1 tbsp Sage, fresh (minced)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or 1/2 tsp. mustard powder)
1 clove(s) Garlic (crushed or minced)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp White pepper (or freshly ground)

Instructions


Place all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl. Put on lid, and shake vigorously, or whisk to combine.

Option to use any fresh herb you like and balsamic vinegar can be substituted for apple cider vinegar.
