1/4 cup grated Carrots
1/4 cup shredded Red cabbage
1 tbsp hulled Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Sunflower sprouts
1 tbsp Golden raisin, seedless
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice (for dressing)


1. Prepare veggies as directed.

2. Mix everything together.

3. You can use a collection of any fresh sprouts you have on hand.

4 Drizzle with Olive oil and lemon juice
