Ingredients


1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (minced)
1/4 tsp Kosher salt (to taste)
2 tbsp Lime juice
10 tomato Plum tomatoes (cored, halved, seeded)
1/2 medium Red onion (minced)

Instructions


Chop the tomatoes into 1/4 inch pieces: transfer to a medium bowl.

Add the onion, chile, garlic, cilantro and lime juice. Season generously with salt. Mix to combine. Let stand for 15 minutes to develop flavour.

Salsa can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 hours.

Store in an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
