1 cup | Quinoa, uncooked |
2 cup | Water |
1/4 cup | Sliced almonds |
1. Bring water to a boil in a medium pot. Add quinoa and cover the pot.
2. Turn down to low and simmer gently (just bubbling) for 12 minutes or until water has been absorbed.
3. Plate and garnish with sliced almonds.
Tip: Do not stir quinoa while it is cooking.
