Ingredients


1 slice Whole grain bread
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
1 large egg Egg (fried)
1 tbsp Coconut oil (1-2 tbsp. for frying - can use other oil like avocado oil)

Instructions


1. Heat avocado oil in frying pan.

2. Fry egg to desired preference on a pan over medium heat, flipping once. 

3. Toast bread.

4. Slice avocado. Place egg on toast and add sliced avocado on top.
